Wholesale partners

This page is for other pharmaceutical wholesalers who need a specific medicine located and procured in Türkiye. We are not a wholesaler ourselves, and we hold no GDP certificate.

Our part in this is procurement and in-person handover, not distribution. A wholesaler relying on us should understand exactly where our role ends and where the pharmacy's and the wholesaler's own responsibility begins — that division is what this page sets out.

    How this actually works

    • You tell us the specific medicine, strength, presentation and quantity. We check what is achievable with licensed pharmacies in Türkiye and reply individually in writing.
    • Where we can procure it, we buy the medicine ourselves from the dispensing pharmacy, which issues the invoice for that transaction.
    • We hand the medicine to your named representative in person in Türkiye. There is no shipment, consignment or courier arranged by us, and no broker or unnamed third party in the middle.
    • Moving the medicine from Türkiye into your own distribution chain, and any import permit or licensed-importer requirement that involves, is your own arrangement, not ours.

    Stock availability enquiries

Availability is checked with pharmacies and answered per line, in writing, as at the date of reply. Availability of specialty oncology products can move quickly, so a reply is not a reservation unless it says so.

For an availability enquiry, send the INN, brand where the originator is required, strength, presentation and quantity. A list is answered as a list, line by line.

    What is checked at handover

    Pharmacy invoice
The dispensing pharmacy in Türkiye issues the invoice for the medicine it dispenses, itemised by product, presentation, pack size and quantity.
Batch number and expiry per pack
Printed on the carton of every pack handed over, checked against the pharmacy invoice at handover, not taken from a generic product record.
    İTS karekod on the pack
Turkish packs carry an İTS karekod printed on the pack, encoding GTIN, serial number, batch and expiry. The buyer verifies the karekod, batch and expiry physically against the pharmacy invoice at the point of handover.
    Certificate of Analysis
Requested from the dispensing pharmacy where the manufacturer releases a Certificate of Analysis for the batch. It is never promised in advance; where the manufacturer does not release it to a pharmacy or sourcing party, that is stated before anything is procured.
    Temperature record for cold-chain medicines
For 2–8 °C products, the medicine travels accompanied in a qualified cold box for the duration of the journey, with a calibrated data logger inside. The logger record is shown to the buyer at handover.
    In-person handover record
Pharmacy Remedy hands the medicine to the buyer or their named representative in person, and records who received it and when. There is no courier consignment note and no proof-of-delivery document issued by a third-party carrier.

Checks worth running before relying on this route

    • Confirm with us, in writing, that we are procuring and handing over the medicine ourselves — we do not sub-contract sourcing to an unnamed third party.
    • Ask what the dispensing pharmacy can and cannot provide by way of documentation before you build an import submission around a specific document.
    • Have your own representative verify the pack in person at handover: the İTS karekod, batch and expiry against the pharmacy invoice.
    • Do not treat this route as a substitute for your own GDP-compliant distribution licence once the medicine is in your hands — what happens after handover is your regulatory responsibility.
If anyone offers to ship or consign the medicine to you on our behalf, that is not how we operate. We hand medicines over in person; anything beyond that is your own logistics.

    How Pharmacy Remedy Works

Four steps, from your first question to handover.

    1. Step 1

      Ask about the medicine

Tell us the medicine name, strength, quantity and destination country.

    2. Step 2

      Availability check

We check whether the medicine is obtainable through licensed Türkiye pharmacy channels.

    3. Step 3

      Prescription and quote

Send your prescription. You receive a written quote within 24 hours.

    4. Step 4

      In-person delivery

Delivered by hand, with the invoice and karekod verification at handover.

A valid prescription is required. Medicines are sourced through licensed Türkiye pharmacy channels; the licence belongs to those channels, not to Pharmacy Remedy.

    Other buyer types

    Request the product list

Institutional buyers — hospitals, oncology centres, clinics, licensed importers and wholesalers — can request the current list of medicines we can look into sourcing through licensed Türkiye pharmacy channels. The form captures the details needed to answer a sourcing enquiry properly.

Your representative checks the İTS karekod, batch and expiry on the pack against the pharmacy invoice at the point of handover, in person, before accepting the medicine.

How are stock availability enquiries answered?

Line by line, in writing, with the position stated as at the date of reply. A reply is not a stock reservation unless it says so explicitly.
