Sourcing support for licensed importers and distributors
This page is for licensed importers and distributors in the Gulf, the Caucasus and Central Asia who need help locating and procuring specific specialty or oncology medicines in Türkiye.
We are a sourcing and procurement support service, not a distributor or exporter. We locate the medicine, procure it ourselves from a licensed pharmacy, and hand it over in person to your representative in Türkiye. Moving the medicine out of Türkiye, and any import licensing or permit that requires, is your own route.
What a sourcing relationship involves
- Sourcing against your specification
- Enquiries are matched against a written specification per product line — INN, brand, strength, presentation, quantity — and answered individually in writing before we procure anything.
- Procurement and in-person handover
- We procure the medicine from a licensed pharmacy in Türkiye and hand it to your named representative in person in Türkiye. There is no shipment, consignment or courier arranged by us.
- What we cannot provide
- We hold no GDP certificate, warehouse or wholesale licence, and we do not issue packing lists, proof-of-delivery documents or quality agreements on behalf of any pharmacy. Documents you need for your own import file are requested from the dispensing pharmacy only where the pharmacy is willing and able to provide them, never promised in advance.
- Individual reply per enquiry
- What is achievable and any timeframe is confirmed in an individual written reply per enquiry. Nothing is published on this site because nothing is fixed in advance.

Your own import route
Bringing a medicine into your country from Türkiye is your own logistics and licensing matter. Where your regulator requires an import permit or a licensed importer of record, arranging that is your responsibility, and we discuss it honestly at enquiry stage rather than after we have procured anything.
Where you can tell us what documentation your import process needs, we will ask the dispensing pharmacy whether it can provide it, and tell you plainly if it cannot — before you build a submission timetable around a document we cannot obtain.
Handover location
Handover happens in person in Türkiye, to you or your named representative. We do not ship, consign or courier medicines on your behalf, and we make no claim to hold an export or wholesale licence.
What we need from you
- A copy of your import or distribution licence, with its issuing authority and expiry, so we understand your regulatory position.
- The specific medicine, strength, presentation and quantity you need — a category is not enough to check pharmacy stock against.
- The name of the representative who will collect the medicine in Türkiye, or confirmation that you will collect it yourself.
- Whether your destination requires an import permit, so we can discuss that honestly before procuring anything.

In-person delivery
Delivered by hand, with the invoice and karekod verification at handover.
A valid prescription is required. Medicines are sourced through licensed Türkiye pharmacy channels; the licence belongs to those channels, not to Pharmacy Remedy.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship or export medicines to us?
No. We hand the medicine over in person, in Türkiye, to you or your named representative. We are not an exporter or shipper, and moving the medicine onward from Türkiye is your own route.
Will you support our import licence application?
We will ask the dispensing pharmacy whether it can provide a document you need and tell you plainly if it cannot. We make no promise about what a pharmacy will release, because that decision is the pharmacy's and the manufacturer's, not ours.
What do you need before replying to our enquiry?
The specific medicine, strength, presentation and quantity, the destination country, and whether an import permit is required there. We reply individually to every enquiry.
Do you source products of Iranian origin for Gulf markets?
No. Products of Iranian origin are not sourced for any Gulf market.
