Immunomodulatory drug (IMiD) for multiple myeloma (frontline + maintenance + relapsed), myelodysplastic syndrome with 5q- deletion, mantle cell lymphoma and follicular lymphoma. Typical myeloma dose 25 mg on days 1–21 of a 28-day cycle, often combined with dexamethasone (Rd) or dexamethasone + bortezomib (VRd).
