In-person delivery
Delivered by hand, with the invoice and karekod verification at handover.
A valid prescription is required. Medicines are sourced through licensed Türkiye pharmacy channels; the licence belongs to those channels, not to Pharmacy Remedy.
Why we deliver in person
The medicine is not handed to a courier. Cold-chain products are transported under continuous 2–8 °C conditions, accompanied throughout.
Courier delays, customs holds, lost parcels, broken cold chain — none of these apply, because the package does not travel alone.
At handover you can verify the karekod together and receive the invoice directly.
Accompanied cold chain
Products requiring 2–8 °C stay under continuous controlled conditions, in hand, for the whole journey.
Not shipped by courier
There is no third-party parcel handover, so there is no unattended leg of the journey to reconstruct afterwards.
