    Enhertu (trastuzumab deruxtecan) is an antibody–drug conjugate co-developed by Daiichi Sankyo and AstraZeneca. It links an anti-HER2 antibody to a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload and is supplied as a lyophilised powder for reconstitution and IV infusion.

    Procurement notes

    Enhertu is weight-based (mg/kg), so the number of 100 mg vials varies per patient. Oncology pharmacies usually send us the patient weight band and cycle count so we can quote the exact vial quantity and avoid partial-vial waste.

    No. Both are HER2-directed antibody–drug conjugates but they are different molecules with different labels and dosing. Product selection is a decision for the treating oncologist.
