Second-generation proteasome inhibitor for relapsed / refractory multiple myeloma — in combination with dexamethasone (Kd), lenalidomide + dexamethasone (KRd), or daratumumab + dexamethasone (KdD). Standard once-weekly dosing: 20 mg/m² cycle 1 day 1, then 70 mg/m² thereafter; or twice-weekly 20/27 or 20/56 mg/m² schedules.
