Anti-VEGFR2 monoclonal antibody for advanced gastric / GEJ adenocarcinoma (with or after paclitaxel — RAINBOW / REGARD), metastatic colorectal cancer (with FOLFIRI — RAISE), NSCLC (with docetaxel — REVEL, or with erlotinib in EGFR-mutant — RELAY), and hepatocellular carcinoma with elevated AFP (REACH-2).
